This note is a friendly reminder that tonight, Metro and Caltrans will host the second of four public hearings where you can provide your input on the five alternatives being considered in the State Route 710 North Study Draft Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (Draft EIR/EIS). The document can be viewed on the Caltrans website. The Draft EIR/EIS does not recommend or select a Preferred Alternative.
The second public hearing will be tonight from 5pm - 6pm (Map Viewing) and 6pm – 9pm (Public Hearing). The event will take place at the Pasadena Convention located at 300 East Green Street, Pasadena, CA 91101 (Parking entrance on Euclid Avenue). You can provide input the following ways:
Verbal Comments: Pick-up and complete a SPEAKER CARD when you check-in at the registration table and return it to staff on-site. You will then be called to provide your verbal comment in front of the audience. Another option is to provide your verbal comment privately to a court reporter at the event who will submit your comment for the record. NOTE: This is only to provide comment. If you have questions about the five alternatives or the Study process, you can ask one of the subject matter experts located in the Map Viewing area.
Written Comments: Pick-up and complete a COMMENT CARD located at the registration table. You can submit your completed comment card by placing it in the comment box located at the comment station. You can also submit comments via the Caltrans Public Comment page.
